A Healthy Life; A Healthy Me

Life is precious that we cant just take it for granted. Living in a healthy lifestyle can make our life longer, better and happier. What can work, money, fame can help you if you are sick and cant be cured anymore? Even your family cant help you to get well. For this, I could like to share some ways to become healthy.


First, we need to be hydrated all day. Why? Its because water supports our body organs to keep on going. What makes dehydration do to our body? It leads us to numerous diseases and organs malfunction. So water is a must to drink everyday.


Second,   we need exercise. Even only five hours a week can make our body healthy. What can exercise do to our life? It reduces stress, it improve mental function, expands our cardiovascular functions and also the best part is to assists weight management.


Third, we need to cleanse our body. In what way? Do a detox program in every six months. What can detox do to our body? It removes waste build-ups and allows our body to fully adsorb nutrients and prevents diseases. It also removes the toxins that we intake  everyday. Removes the parasites and prevents damage to organs and other tissues.


Fourth, we need to nourish our body. Eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, lower the consumption of foods high in sugars, fats and carbohydrates. And don't forget to add nutritional supplements.


The last one, Fifth, we need to have a target. For what? Target to become healthy all the time in every aspects of our life. In that way we can say a "healthy life and a healthy me".
