Skin Cancer: Determining the 3 Types

There are three main types of skin cancers. Melanoma is a skin cancer that begins in moles and can spread too fast through your body and kill you. Moles that have unusual edges and various colours should be extracting to be diagnosed for melanoma. Moles that have smooth circular edges and are of one colour are seldom melanoma cancers.

The second form of skin cancer is called squamous cell cancer. These can occasionally spread through the body and be serious.

The third and most common kind, basal cellular skin cancer, rarely spreads through the body and can be cured just by taking out completely of the lesion. They are called cancers simply because they keep on expanding through everything around them until they are completely removed. Basal cell skin cancers fall apart and feel like marshmallows when they are scraped. Almost all a doctor has to do is to inject an anaesthetic into the lesion, scrape the basal cell cancer until he feels the hard resistance of normal skin. He then burns a part of normal skin around the lesion to assure the removal of the entire cancer.

You can imagine that you have a basal cell skin cancer when you grow a red scaly part on the very surface of a light-exposed area of skin. That is possibly an actinic keratosis that will often be removed just by applying a special cream called imiquimod. However, if you leave the red area in place, it can go much deeper and became a skin cancer. You can suspect that the actinic keratosis has gone much deeper when the surface feels rough like sandpaper. If you let it grow up further, it can turn into an elevated area with a fine pearly line.

Seven Tips on How to Run a Fast Mile

Ever wanted to try this out? Check there tips:

1. Find a Running Partner

To get the encouragement the you need you should find somebody that has the same pace as you.

Even better if you train with two or more persons who share the same interest as you, it will boost your motivation.

2. Focus on the Goal

Whatever your goal might be, thirty minutes, forty-five minutes or one hour, one need a motivation to do better that your own record. Action speak louder that word. The mind is very powerful to convince your body to do it. When you think positive or negative, your action tend to reflect how you are thinking.

3. Begins with Long Running

Stay with this for about a month so your body will get a long with long runs. Keep your speed consistent. By this time, you are concentrating on increasing your mileage.

Week One, do the thirty minutes  runs each day-twenty if you put some weight. Week Two, Forty minutes then for Week Three, Fifty minutes. Week four, the last week will be at Sixty Minutes. Bear in mind that there are different kind of techniques you can use, read some books or search online.

4. Relax on Sunday

You can do stretching or cross training if need be. This is also a family day.

5.  Integrate Speed Work in the Week Five

We called this as Tempo Runs and should be done once or twice per week and should be two days away from each other to recover your body;s strength.

Tempo has there portions: Practice Speed, Race Speed and Practice. For instance, you are running for thirty minute run race speed for ten minutes, then slow down for ten minutes, then run fast for another ten minutes. Do your best in this stage.

6. Have the Tempo Runs

 For about Two to Three weeks while doing your long distance run on the other day. Long run should be about forty to forty-five minutes. On the seventh to eight week, you are at ease on running. Your body will be used to it.

7. Discontinue the Tempo Run

Around Week eight  or ninth week. Your goal here is to do the intervals of 2000 m, 1000m, 400m and 100m.Precise number is not necessary. The longer the distance the little repetitions.

On one day after a 20-30 minutes run,  continue to do the four repetitions 2000m with rest in between around three minutes. By your last repetition, you feel like giving up, that's how worn-out you are.

You should have a recovery distance run always in between the days of your speed work out. Speed workouts should last for only two weeks.

A Healthy Life; A Healthy Me

Life is precious that we cant just take it for granted. Living in a healthy lifestyle can make our life longer, better and happier. What can work, money, fame can help you if you are sick and cant be cured anymore? Even your family cant help you to get well. For this, I could like to share some ways to become healthy.


First, we need to be hydrated all day. Why? Its because water supports our body organs to keep on going. What makes dehydration do to our body? It leads us to numerous diseases and organs malfunction. So water is a must to drink everyday.


Second,   we need exercise. Even only five hours a week can make our body healthy. What can exercise do to our life? It reduces stress, it improve mental function, expands our cardiovascular functions and also the best part is to assists weight management.


Third, we need to cleanse our body. In what way? Do a detox program in every six months. What can detox do to our body? It removes waste build-ups and allows our body to fully adsorb nutrients and prevents diseases. It also removes the toxins that we intake  everyday. Removes the parasites and prevents damage to organs and other tissues.


Fourth, we need to nourish our body. Eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, lower the consumption of foods high in sugars, fats and carbohydrates. And don't forget to add nutritional supplements.


The last one, Fifth, we need to have a target. For what? Target to become healthy all the time in every aspects of our life. In that way we can say a "healthy life and a healthy me".
